Ploughing  

The prime purpose of ploughing is to turn over the uppermost soil, bringing fresh nutrients to the surface while burying weeds and crop remains to decay. We usually leave a ploughed field to dry and then harrow before drilling with seed.

Drilling

Sowing seeds with specialised equipment to determine the right depth and target the correct seed rate. We currently contract for various farmers sowing there seeds with various implements. We can direct drill straight into stubble, grass drill with a specialised grass drill or use a combination drill to follow up after the ploughing and cultivations.

Cultivations

Cultivating the land to get a good seed bed or till is vital in getting good yields from your crops. We use various different machines to cultivate the land before sowing the seed.

We provide muck spreading services for farmers providing two tractor and muck spreaders at 12 ton each, with a loader to load the muck into the spreaders.
